Job Description
Assist the Performance Marketer in planning and executing marketing campaigns across
various platforms and paid channels.
Monitor daily campaign performance metrics and generate timely reports.
Handle operational tasks, including data entry, reporting, and maintaining campaign records.
Conduct basic competitor research and audience analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the Creative Department to ensure timely delivery of ad creatives and copies.
Support the implementation of retargeting strategies and lead nurturing campaigns.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
Maintain and update performance trackers and campaign-related documents.
Assist in recommending strategies to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative strategies
for campaign growth.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proficiency in Performance Marketing, managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and
Meta Ads.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, and Strategic
Analytics.
Hands-on experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta
Business Suite.
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
