Job Description
As the SEO Team Lead , you will spearhead our efforts to enhance website visibility, increase organic traffic, and optimize conversion rates. This role demands expertise in SEO strategies, team leadership, and collaboration with both internal teams and external agencies. - Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to guide content planning and SEO efforts.
Technical & On-Page SEO:
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend optimizations for site architecture, load times, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup.
- Collaborate with developers and content teams to implement on-page and technical SEO best practices.
Agency & Team Collaboration:
- Oversee and align strategies with external SEO agencies to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
- Work with internal teams to design and execute SEO campaigns focusing on keyword targeting, content, and user journeys.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Generate detailed reports for senior management, showcasing KPIs, campaign performance, and actionable insights.
Compliance & Innovation:
- Ensure adherence to Google guidelines, including updates like the Helpful Content Update and EEAT principles.
- Ideate and implement innovative strategies like landing page optimization, A/B testing, and user journey refinement.
