IT Executive
Experience: 1-2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
- Provide remote assistance to users for resolving desktop-related issues.
- Possess knowledge in virtualization technologies like Nutanix or networking technologies such as Cisco Meraki.
- Coordinate with external vendors for issues related to applications, EPABX systems, or internet service providers (ISP).
- Ensure the completion of assigned tasks and provide timely updates.
- Collaborate effectively with the team and other departments to achieve common goals.
