Hiring For MIS Associate/ RTA || Walk-In Interview|| GGN

Role Summary:

IGT Solutions is seeking an MIS Executive to join their BPO team. The ideal candidate will have experience in BPO MIS reporting and workforce management (WFM), with strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and experience generating detailed operational reports.

What You Would Be Doing:

Report Generation & Publication:

• Create and publish hourly, daily, and monthly reports based on process requirements.
• Develop custom reports and templates to meet specific process needs.

1. BPO Reporting & WFM:
• Handle BPO MIS (Management Information Systems) reporting, ensuring accurate data is provided for effective decision-making.
• Support workforce management through data analysis and reporting.
2. Process Improvement & Automation:
• Automate reporting and data processing using Excel, Access, and VBA to increase efficiency and accuracy.
3. BPO KPI Knowledge:
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of BPO KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and their calculations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in BPO MIS or Reporting.
• Proven experience working with Advanced Excel.
• Skills:
• Strong Excel skills, including knowledge of macros, automation, and VBA.
• Experience with BPO KPIs and reporting structures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
