- Provide exceptional customer support by resolving technical queries over the phone.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and experience.

🗓 Timings: 11AM - 5PM (Monday to Saturday)
🏢 Location: iEnergizer, A37 Block A, Sector 60, Noida (Gate Number 2)
(Nearest Metro Station - Sector 59)
📌 For Reference: Write "HR TRIPTI" on top of your CV with pen and meet in H2 cabin for the interview.
💼 This is a Work-from-Office role.
