Job Description: iEnergizer is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Inbound Customer Support Executives. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via inbound calls, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and general company information.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department if needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Graduates from any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible to work in rotational shifts if required.
