We're Hiring: For Domestic Process Campaign.

Education Qualification:

Any Graduation with Average communication skills (must understand and read English).

Experience & Fresher both can apply

Location- iEnergizer- A- 37 Sector 60, Noida, near metro station 59.

Salary: ₹18k to 50k CTC

Role and Responsibilities

Handling Inbound/Outbound Calls: Answering customer queries or making calls to resolve issues.

Resolving Customer Issues: Providing solutions to customer complaints or service/product-related problems.

Data Entry: Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions.

Adhering to Processes: Following company protocols, scripts, and standard operating procedures.

Providing Information: Assisting customers with product/service details, usage, and troubleshooting.

Achieving Targets: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly performance goals, such as call handling time or customer satisfaction metrics.

Escalating Complex Issues: Transferring unresolved or critical concerns to supervisors or higher-level support.
