Assistant Manager - Quality & Training

Job Role

Oversee the functioning of Quality and Training department in US voice process

Conduct CQ audits, Hygiene audits on a daily basis, establish a robust feedback and consequence management process and ensure effective implementation,

Conduct Quality/ training sessions for new and existing employees

Identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement plans

Collaborate with managers to ensure alignment of training and quality initiatives

Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills

Prepare reports on training and quality metrics for review

Monitor and assess quality metrics and performance data

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Manage performance and risk in training and on the floor.

Oversee smooth functioning of new hire trainings and also identify needs.

Requirement

We are looking for a profile who is got good experience in Quality & Training.

Should have Bachelor's degree

Strong knowledge of Quality methodologies and best practices

Proven ability conduct Quality/training sessions

Experience with quality assurance processes and metrics

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Good People management abilities

Should have experience in BPO US voice process for more than 4 Years

Preferably working as Assistant Manager Quality & Training.
