Business & Data Analyst - Investment Banking (5-7 yrs)

Job Description:

- The Business Analyst role involves creating and documenting process flows, managing controls inventory, maintaining the program's SharePoint site, and supporting program governance tasks such as minute-taking and presentation development.

- The role also requires analyzing complex data for MI reporting, defining requirements, conducting gap analyses, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creation of Process Flows and accompanying documentation

- Coordination and maintenance of the Controls Inventory

- Maintenance of the Programme Sharepoint site

- Working with the Project Manager and Programme Director where needed on programme deliveries and governance work, including but not limited to:

- Writing minutes for PSC and Working Groups

- Helping develop content for PSC decks

Skillset Required:

- Have the ability and experience of overcoming the challenges of working with large amounts of complex data to develop accurate, usable MI and reporting

- Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications: Visio, Excel, Sharepoint

- Ability to develop and define requirements

- Work with team and stakeholders to define gap analysis

Soft skills Required:

- Have previous experience in a Global Markets Business Analyst role working to tight deadlines
