Role & responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Pega development.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing Pega applications, including case management and BPM solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Pega certifications (e.g., CSA, CSSA, or CLSA) are highly desirable.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Pega Cloud or Pega 8.x.
• Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and messaging systems.

Opportunity 2 (Pega LSA)

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Pega development.
• Solution Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable Pega solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical designs.
• System Integration: Lead integration efforts with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring high availability and efficiency of Pega applications.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of software quality.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural and technical documentation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
• Pega certification CLSA is must have.
