Idexcel Technologies - UI Automation Test Engineer (4-7 yrs)

We are looking for a skilled UI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in test automation frameworks, scripting languages, and Agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, execute, and maintain UI automation test scripts using tools like Selenium.

- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to define test automation strategies and improve test coverage.

- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.

- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).

- Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure compatibility.

- Enhance test frameworks and improve the efficiency of test execution.

- Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide feedback to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of relevant experience in UI test automation.

- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver.

- Experience with programming languages such as Java or JavaScript.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.

- Hands-on experience with TestNG, JUnit, Mocha, Jasmine, or other test frameworks.

- Familiarity with API testing (API Rest Assured) or BDD

- Experience in CI/CD integration and working in Agile environments.

- Knowledge of Git, Docker, and cloud-based testing platforms is an advantage.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.).

- Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.

- Knowledge of security and accessibility testing.
