Talent Acquisition Specialist (India)

We're seeking a talent acquisition specialist to source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles, having excellent communication and organizational skills, 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants and highly convincing salary negotiation skills.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies to create highly effective methods of sourcing talented candidates.
• Maximizing social networking opportunities to increase applicant traffic.
• Working collaboratively with a Sourcing Specialist and Recruitment Coordinator to on-board candidates
• Must have good experience in handling job boards
• Develop and deploy a full cycle recruiting strategy to include pipelining of candidates, mining resumes, selling positions to potential candidates, networking and contacting recruiting sources and attracting best in class candidates
• Anticipate industry trends and utilize market information to ensure best in class candidate sourcing
• Source, gather and interview passive job seekers utilizing best-in-class recruitment methods (cold calling, networking, recruitment campaigns)
• Work closely with the existing Talent Acquisition Specialists to develop and execute sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals, pipelines for upcoming searches.
• Manage the entire recruiting cycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing customer and candidate expectations, extending offers through to onboarding
• Find and recommending appropriate talent using innovative sourcing and recruiting
• Develop sourcing strategies and use a variety of recruitment campaigns, tactics and methods to attract talent
• Required highly convincing and salary negotiation skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree coupled with at least 3 years of full life cycle recruitment experience

• Minimum three(3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Works effectively as part of a team just independently
• Completes various projects related to recruitment.
