Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Events Manager to join our team at Vegas Mall, Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a diverse range of events and promotions that enhance visitor engagement and foster community ties. This role demands a creative and strategic thinker with a robust understanding of event management, marketing principles, and social media engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement the Annual Marketing Plan (AMP) calendar, overseeing all aspects of event planning, coordination, and execution. - Collaborate with retailers to develop and promote event-driven campaigns that drive foot traffic and increase sales. - Forge strong relationships with local societies, educational institutions, and corporate entities to create outreach programs and community-driven events. - Secure sponsorships and manage associations for large-scale events, ensuring alignment with the malls branding and revenue goals. - Manage the overall aesthetics and decor for events, aligning with seasonal themes and marketing objectives. - Leverage social media platforms to enhance event visibility, engage with the audience, and amplify promotional efforts. - Monitor event outcomes, providing detailed reports on engagement, expenditures, and ROI to optimise future events.
