Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive/Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the mall's brand, events, and retailers. The ideal candidate will enhance customer engagement, increase footfall, and boost online presence by leveraging digital platforms and innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the mall.
• Align digital campaigns with the overall marketing objectives to drive footfall and sales.
2. Content Creation & Management:
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all digital channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers for visually appealing content.
3. Social Media Management:
• Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to target specific demographics.
4. Website Optimization & SEO:
• Maintain and optimize the malls website for user experience, information accessibility, and SEO.
• Track website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools.
5. Event Promotions:
• Create digital campaigns for mall events, retailer promotions, and seasonal activities.
• Coordinate with retailers to amplify their offerings through mall's digital platforms.
6. Email Marketing:
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to keep shoppers informed about mall updates and events.
• Build and maintain a database of customers for email campaigns.
7. Performance Analysis:
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data.
8. Partnerships & Influencer Marketing:
