Minor concept on contracting, MS word.

Working knowledge MS Word/Excel/Power point, PDF

Prior experience in MIS Management would be added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

Support BD MIS head in sales MIS updates and preparing monthly MBR PPTs.

Support BD MIS in updating the SoPs and identifying escalations if any.

Support RMs and TLs in creating and maintaining ad-hoc MIS requirement

Drafting contract post commercial acceptance & asking for RM for confirmation. Post RM consent shared with client copying RM and RH for consent on contracting.

Support RMs and TLs in creating and maintaining ad-hoc MIS requirement

Support RMs in getting contracts executed by close liaison with legal team and RMs. Communicating internally with Legal, RMS, Delivery teams. Communicating externally with client legal.

Handling Contracts which need to be executed physically. Printing & sharing with client , Get counter signed from IAL

Maintaining contracts repository for soft copies of all executed contract copies

support RMs in following up for pending payment

Reporting & Controls

Internal approval proceedings for all renewals

Weekly (And any time required) reporting on pending renewals

Instructing Accounts regarding invoicing

Ensuring entries in CRM, Updating Meetings, contacts and any details shared by RMs in CRM

Support RMs with historical details of client & Service
