Key Responsibilities

BTL Campaign Execution

• Plan and implement on-ground marketing campaigns such as mall activations, trade shows, and roadshows.
• Develop marketing collateral for promotional activities.

Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

• Execute BTL strategies to drive footfalls and lead generation.
• Track performance of campaigns and suggest improvements.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with event vendors and agencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of campaigns.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on experience in BTL marketing strategies.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Data-driven approach to campaign analysis.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
• Experience in event planning and execution.
• Understanding of consumer behavior and local market dynamics.
