We at ICICI Lombard GIC is hiring for Agency Manager & Sr Agency Manager at Ahmednagar.

Branch: Ahmednagar

Role & Responsibilities:

- Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling insurance policies.
- Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents.
- Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped.
- Licensing, tracking, and activation of the agents.
- Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and providing regular product and process training to them.
- Holding regular meetings with agents, Lead providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.

Requirement:

- Minimum Experience: 1-8 years.
- Qualification: Graduation (Any stream).

Preferred Industries: SAHI, LI, GI, Banking, Pharma, Telecom, Mutual Funds.
