Job Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Apprentice - Back Office Support (Motor Broking) to join our team at our Chandigarh & Dehradun locations. This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in the insurance sector, specifically in Motor Broking. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting business users by resolving their day-to-day queries and assisting in various back-office operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Provide assistance to business users in resolving their daily operational queries related to motor broking.
2. Maintain records and update databases with necessary information.
3. Support the team in data entry, document verification, and report generation.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline back-office processes.
5. Perform any additional administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of computer operations and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business users effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
