Job Description

As the Vendor & Project Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of vendor coordination, data management, and order processing. You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations, manage vendor performance, and ensure that work is delivered on time.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Coordination: Oversee and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring clear communication, timely responses, and efficient handling of inquiries and issues. Strong follow-up with vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to deadlines.
  • Vendor Management: Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring they meet quality standards and contractual obligations. Address any performance issues and implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, including order entry, tracking, and resolution of any issues that arise.
  • Data Management: Organize and maintain accurate records of vendor information, orders, and other relevant data. Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

    Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and efficient workflow. Facilitate communication between departments to address any project or order-related issues.
  • Vendor Handling: Handle all administrative tasks related to vendor interactions, including contracts, payment processing, and documentation.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure that all projects and orders are completed within the agreed timelines. Proactively identify potential delays and implement solutions to mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in vendor management, project coordination, or a related field, preferably within the E-commerce industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing vendor relationships and coordinating with teams.
  • Proficiency in data management, including data entry, audits, and analysis.
  • Experience with order processing systems and project management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work independently and handle administrative tasks with accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and order management systems.
