About the Role:

- In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our agency channel and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Agency Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of insurance agents.
- Mentor and coach agents to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with agents to foster loyalty and collaboration.
Business Growth:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Customer Focus:
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Promote a culture of excellent customer service among the agency team.
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including policy issuance, renewals, and claims processing.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate the agency team to achieve peak performance.
- Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to foster professional growth.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in insurance sales and distribution, particularly in motor, health, or other general insurance products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- A valid driver's license
