• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and social media.
  
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
