Role and Responsibilities:

- To design new policies, credit operating guidelines and process basis risk assessment and market requirements.

- Additionally, provide inputs for incremental changes dependent on emerging needs

- Develop and implement policies through advanced portfolio analytics to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making

- To maintain and monitor portfolio performance and hygiene and highlight red flags and exceptions and take necessary corrective actions

- Ensure policy adoption and adherence through regular training and awareness initiatives.
