Sr Manager - Risk

Role & responsibilities

• Managing the entire Loan Origination System (LOS) Sales Force (SFDC) from development to Go live and manage the same post Go live.
• Ensuring that all relevant checks and balances are put in the journey/workflow to make it more robust.
• Understand the dynamic needs of the Channel Partner, Customers and internal stakeholders and bring the changes quickly after following the due process internally.
• Ensuring that LOS and BRE are in sync every time to make sure that there is no gap.
• Providing complete support for Audit/ compliance related matters pertaining to LOS functionality.
• Ensuring that Reports and Dashboards are made on timely basis and properly scheduled for breakfast MIS.
• Supporting the Zonal and Regional team in terms of data through reports/dashboard etc for ensuring that TTD process is smooth and corrective Actions are taken on time.
• Liasoning with stakeholders for ensuring the activities are completed on timely basis.

Preparation of BRD & Liasoning with IT for implementation of deliverables

Preferred candidate profile

MBA/CA with min 3+ yrs. exp in Risk Analyst
