Icertis Solution - Principal Consultant - Learning & Organization Development (10-18 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.

- Program Design: Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses.

- OD Initiatives: Lead and manage organizational development initiatives, including, team building, coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.

- HiPo Development: Identify and develop high-potential employees through development programs and succession planning.

- Psychometric Assessment: Use psychometric tools to assess employee competencies and tailor development programs.

- Metrics and Analysis: Measure the impact of L&OD programs on employee performance and organizational success.

- Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and organizational development.

- Managerial Programs: Deliver managerial effectiveness programs to enhance leadership skills.

- Tech Training: Facilitate the delivery of technical training programs.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong empathy, active listening, and effective communication.

- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and report creation to evaluate program effectiveness.

- Psychometric Assessment: Experience with tools like Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DiSC, Hogan Assessments, etc.

- LMS: Experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).

Qualification:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related role.

- Knowledge: Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
