Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to leads and clients - to help with on-boarding, explain our services and help them start booking shipments
• Manage sales activities to achieve targets and grow revenue.
• Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Find opportunities to upsell to existing clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in sales executive activities, telesales or related field.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English language.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ideal candidate should have good interpersonal skills and a good command in written and verbal English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)
• Prior experience in a BPO company or telesales role preferred
• Prior experience in a logistics company, logistics sales, sales process is a huge plus
