Customer Support Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about personal loan offerings.
• Understand the financial requirements and preferences of clients through effective communication.
• Provide accurate information about loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of required documents and resolve any queries or concerns they may have.
• Maintain a database of leads, interactions, and application status updates.
• Handle support email for the clients' queries.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and loan application submissions.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a sales representative, or similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. (Freshers can also apply)

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.

* Knowledge of personal loan products, banking procedures, and financial terminology is preferred.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation and resilience.

* Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and CRM software.

* Flexibility to work in a target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.

* Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
