CreditMitra is a leading digital lending fintech entity, revolutionizing the lending landscape. We're seeking a Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience and a passion for fintech to join our dynamic team.

Position: Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and debug scalable technical solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces using component libraries like Shadcn or similar.
• Work effectively with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Manage databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Demonstrate familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker.
• Design and implement efficient ETL pipelines using tools like Amazon S3 for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Adherence to web security, performance, and optimization best practices.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working in fintech or lending platforms.
• Understanding of KYC and verification processes within the Indian regulatory environment.
• Expertise in integrating third-party APIs in the financial domain, such as Hyperverge, Razorpay, Finbox, TransUnion, or Experian.
• Ability to analyze financial datasets and derive actionable insights.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
