Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the technical co-founder to design and develop technical specifications

Build scalable and efficient backend services, APIs, and client-facing applications

Work with modern web standards, trends, and technologies

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field

5+ years of experience building web applications with a focus on JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frameworks (React, React Native, Tailwind)

Experience with databases and storage technologies (Redis, MongoDB)

Experience with REST/Web Sockets for real-time messaging

Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and modern deployment workflows

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly

Strong communication skills, with experience working in a team environment

A willingness to take ownership and drive projects forward

Nice to Have:

Experience with gRPC, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies

Experience in the financial services sector

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Proficiency in other backend languages (Java, C++, Rust, .Net, Python)
