Customer Relationship Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues promptly.
• Preparing quotes to the customer needs
• Input purchase data into the organization's system, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Generate and issue invoices to clients through various channels, such as mail.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in a similar role (customer service or sales).
  
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization
  
• Excellent computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
  
• Strong typing speed (at least 40 wpm) with high accuracy.
  
• Proficiency in spoken English language along with fluency in Hindi speaking.
