Email Marketing Intern

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute high-volume cold email campaigns (1L+ daily data) targeting B2B clients in USA and UK.
• Use tools like SendGrid, MailWizz, and Postmark API to manage and optimize email campaigns.
• Set up and manage email infrastructure using platforms like Amazon SES, SendGrid, and Postmark.
• Craft personalized and engaging email content to improve open and response rates.
• Build and maintain clean prospect lists while ensuring accurate targeting.
• Monitor email deliverability, configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and troubleshoot bounce/spam issues.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance tracking (open, click, and reply rates).
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
• Meet tight deadlines while managing daily campaign volume effectively.
• Showcase proven experience in handling large-scale campaigns with measurable results.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong writing, editing & proofreading skills
• Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
• Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven marketing
• Attention to detail & ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
