Experience- 2-5 Years.

Location- Swargate, Pune

Shift Time- 6PM-3AM. (Work from Office)

Male Candidate Only.

Qualification -

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand and apply tax laws and changes in the preparation process.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn tax accounting and preparation software.
• Proficient with Proseries, an Intuit Product
• Impeccable mathematics skills
• Must have knowledge & Experience of Individual and Corporate Tax Preparation for USA
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs required.
• Minimum of 5 - 6 years experience of US Tax return preparation
• 1040 Tax Return
• 1120/1120S Tax Return
• 1065 Tax Return
• 1041 Tax Return
• 990 Tax Return
• Pension Plan Return - DB/DC

Tax Preparer Responsibilities:

• Setting up meetings with clients.
• Consults with clients to develop a basic understanding of their financial affairs and the scope of their tax liabilities.
• Calculates taxes owed or refunds due to client; consults tax law publications for guidance on unusual situations.
• Advising clients about the tax preparation process.
• Preparing and submitting tax returns for clients.
• 1040 Tax Return
• 1120/1120S Tax Return
• 1065 Tax Return
• 1041 Tax Return
• 990 Tax Return
• Pension Plan Return - DB/DC
• Handling communication from clients.
• Auditing all tax forms for completeness and accuracy.
• Securing repeat business and expanding the client base.
• Analyzing tax data submitted by the client to maximize the outcome for the client.
• Submits tax returns to accountant for review.
• Maintains understanding and knowledge of changes in tax law by reading professional literature or attending tax seminars and training courses.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
