Job Description

Responsibilities

Work with the customer Account Executive, Sales Manager, Sales Specialist, and Solution Architect to identify challenges and blockers to drive RHOAI consumption within new and existingcustomer accounts

Plan, design, and execute AI systems via Red Hat OpenShift AI with customers having the ability to architect and build data pipelines, ML pipelines, and ML training and serving approaches.

Leveraging additional support and resources from Red Hat as required

Facilitate pre, and post-sales activities when needed, including technical deep dives, proofs of concept, “bake-offs,” internal sprints and hackathons, and development ofpartner vertical-specific AI solutions to drive the adoption of RHOAI.

Identify and partner with AI customer stakeholders, acting as an advocate within boththeir line of business and internal customer teams

Work closely with the AI business unit and engineering teams, providing a market the feedback loop on the product and solutions

Execute community outreach and customer advocacy activities, including conference speaking, blog posts, etc.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Preferred education
Master's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

8+ years of pre-sales, solution architecture and development experience with5+ years in Machine Learning, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence.

Ideate business use cases with Data Scientists, Developers, Line of Business and C-suite leaders.

Effective pipeline development leveraging cross-functional teams and design programs and executing strategies to achieve the desired pipeline.

Extensive community brand in circles such as AI User Groups or other AI Communities.

Must have BFSI industry vertical experience.

Recognized thought leadership in AI/MLOps

Experience delivering technical presentations and leading business value sessions.

Experience in AI systems design, with the ability to architect and explain data pipelines, ML pipelines, and ML training and serving approaches.

Executive presence with public speaking skills

Expert Practitioner of the Challenger Sales Model and Entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred technical and professional experience

At least 5 years specializing as a machine learning engineer or AI / ML architect

Deep theoretical and practical expertise in data science fundamentals, solution lifecycles, and AIOps methodologies. Strong background in software development and AI implementation.

Red Hat /Other AI Industry Certifications

Good Knowledge of Cloud Computing

Dislikes

After receiving H1B they never approved my travel and you are forced to stay there for less salary. Don't take joining bonus, get maximum take home salary before joining. In percentage you will receive like 8-10 percent hike but in 3 years you will be less paid and have less knowledge as you work for some client.
