Deputy Manager- Indian accounting and PTP

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager- Indian accounting and PTP to oversee PTP (Procure-to-Pay) operations, manage taxation processes including TDS, GST, and Service Tax, and ensure smooth people and client management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial compliance, tax regulations, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• PTP Management: Oversee procure-to-pay processes, ensuring smooth vendor payments and financial transactions.
• Tax Compliance: Handle TDS, GST, and Service Tax calculations, filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Keep updated with tax laws and government policies, ensuring company adherence.
• People Management: Lead and mentor the finance and taxation team, improving efficiency and compliance.
• Client Management: Engage with clients to address tax-related queries and ensure seamless coordination.
• Audits & Reporting: Prepare tax reports, assist in audits, and ensure timely submissions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in taxation, compliance, and financial management.
• Expertise in TDS, GST, Service Tax, and PTP processes.
• Strong leadership skills for team and client management.
• Proficiency in SAP, taxation software, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
