Complex Project Manager: SAP HANA

SAP Practice is seeking top talent with experience in managing S/4 HANA projects. The SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager would possess the knowledge of the following topics and apply them to bring in value and innovation to client engagements:

Conversant with SAP Activate Project Management methodology (Discover,Prepare,Explore,Realize,Deploy and Run)

Should have experience in managing atleast one SAP S/4 implementation from start to finish.

Should have very good overview of SAP. Not necessarily hands on but should be able to organise team and resolve critical situation or complex requirements.

Excellent financial management skills:Cost management, receivables, profitability analysis and reporting.

Should be capable of handling small/medium size team.

Should be able to influence decision-making and able to drive project delivery.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

20+ years of experience in SAP functional/technical consulting & delivery projects.

10+ years of experience in project management for Design & Build / Greenfield projects with global clients in US/UK/Europe

Managed S/4 HANA development and migration projects from initiation to closure.

Good stakeholder management skills.

Good people management skills to manage the delivery teams.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Expert in at least one functional domain skill.

Knowledge of all technical skills and interfaces associated with SAP S4 HANA.

Knowledge of IBM project management process.
