Product Manager

IAMOPS is building innovative products to simplify and optimize the way technology companies embrace DevOps into their R&D infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud operations. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our R&D team and play a critical role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of our product offerings. Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and roadmap in alignment with IAMOPS' mission to simplify DevOps adoption for technology companies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, engineers, and leadership, to deliver high-impact products.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements through user feedback, market research, and business goals.
• Develop user stories, workflows, and detailed specifications to guide the R&D team.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery and alignment with quality standards.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvements based on user data and feedback.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and differentiate our solutions.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring a user-centric approach to all product decisions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in DevOps, SaaS, or cloud technology environments.
• Deep understanding of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools like JIRA or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on priorities.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
