This is for a seed stage Mumbai based startup in Property Technology Space
Role Context:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Lead to spearhead our efforts in attracting more home sellers and buyers to our platform and enhancing our brand awareness.
- The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging both digital and physical/hyperlocal channels to drive growth. This role is crucial for our expansion strategy and requires a blend of creative marketing, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, or sales management roles, with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
What you'll do?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to attract home sellers and buyers to the Truva platform.
- Identify and leverage both digital and hyperlocal marketing channels to effectively reach target audiences.
- Create and manage effective marketing campaigns across online platforms, including social media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to enhance brand presence and drive referrals.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize growth strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor and measure the performance of all growth initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data and feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing technologies.
What we're looking for?
- 5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing or Brand Marketing roles, ideally in consumer brands or startups
- Exceptional track record in past jobs / academics
- Strong analytical and design thinking skills
- Track record of being a hustler and getting things done
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the real estate or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully driving growth through digital and hyperlocal marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and improvement.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software.
