I Square Tek - Network Engineer - Routing & Switching (1-3 yrs)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and performance. You will manage, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues, work on network upgrades, and implement security protocols to protect the system.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)

- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues

- Implement network security measures and protocols

- Conduct network upgrades and maintenance

- Collaborate with IT teams on network integration projects

- Provide technical support for network-related incidents and requests

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Network Engineer (1-3 years preferred)

- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

- Hands-on experience with networking devices

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities

- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus
