We are currently hiring for the role of Server Admin (L2) for Mumbai (Parel) location. Please find the details below;

Job Description:-

Server Management:

As part of the Server Management Services, Service Provider will provide skilled resource to provide following service.

• Function as primary point of contact for all server infrastructure service
• HW/SW/OS installation & upgrades & Configuration
• First Level Support and Diagnose the problems.
• Coordination with hardware service provider to resolve the problems.
• Configuration of Servers as per the guidelines & Instructions
• User Administration Creation/Deletion of User accounts, managing roles / groups and rights.
• Security Management as per processes such as configuring account policy, access rights and password control.
• Monitor Server Uptime and Utilization at regular intervals and inform in case of any downtime Management of the virtual environments
• Service Provider will coordinate for L3 support with Microsoft or Hardware OEM etc for handling various critical problems.
• Patch Management of OS, Application etc

O365/Active Directory Management :.

Administer O365 Tenants.

• O365 Administration: Tenant management, license provisioning, hybrid connectivity, security and compliance, and user management.
• Active Directory: On-premises AD management, Azure AD integration, and group policy administration.
