Senior Application Security Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Senior Application Administrator to oversee and manage the end-to-end administration of application servers and platforms. The role involves daily site monitoring, maintenance, installation, configuration, clustering, application deployment, troubleshooting, load balancing, performance tuning, and server maintenance for JBOSS/Tomcat. This position requires strong communication skills to interact with US-based customers, handle application outage calls, and coordinate effectively with internal teams. Additionally, you will analyze client requests, resolve issues through Bridge calls, investigate and resolve production incidents, or escalate as required.

Skills Required:

User Administration:

• Provisioning/de-provisioning users.
• Managing O365 assignments, Active Directory (AD), and security reviews.
• Conducting audits and providing ticket support.

Cloud and On-Premises User Management:

• User provisioning, de-provisioning, and auditing in cloud and on-prem environments.
• Maintenance and audit of O365 licenses.

Platform-Specific Administration:

• Expertise in administering platforms such as WinTeam, SmartSheets, GoTo products, ManagePath, Workiva, and Adobe.

Security Management:

• Conduct regular security reviews across all platforms to ensure only authorized users have access.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Server Administration:

• Perform installation, configuration, clustering, and deployment of applications on JBOSS/Tomcat servers.
• Manage load balancing, performance tuning, and ongoing server maintenance.

Incident Management:

• Handle production issues by setting up and managing Bridge calls to resolve incidents.
• Analyze and investigate issues thoroughly, resolving or escalating as needed.

User Administration:

• Oversee general user administration tasks, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and auditing.
• Manage O365 licenses and provide support for various platforms.

General IT Support:

• Respond to support tickets in the ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with other IT teams for cross-functional tasks and projects.

Security and Compliance:

• Perform routine security reviews and audits for all platforms.
