1. Sales Target Achievement:
a. Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets within the assigned territory.
b. Take ownership of sales goals and drive initiatives to maximize revenue growth.
c. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
2. Lead Generation:
a. Actively hunt for new leads through cold calling, networking, market research, and leveraging existing contacts.
b. Build a robust pipeline of potential clients and convert leads into long-term customers.
c. Utilize digital tools, social media, and industry events to generate high-quality leads.
3. Client Relationship Management:
a. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients.
b. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
c. Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the territory.
4. Market Analysis & Reporting:
a. Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and untapped opportunities.
b. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
c. Provide regular, detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market insights to the management team.
5. Collaboration & Teamwork:
a. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
b. Collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices and drive overall team success.
6. Customer Satisfaction:
a. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing timely solutions.
b. Gather feedback from clients to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
