Position: TSM/ASM (Territory Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager)
Location: Gujarat
Preferred Candidate Location: Ahmedabad.
Job Details:
o Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years in sales.
o Salary Range: ₹8-10 LPA
o Industry: Industrial
Target Segments:
o OEM & Tier 1 Automotive Customers
o Abrasive Companies
o Other Industrial Companies: Welding Rod Companies Spray Paint Companies Cutting Oil Companies
Key Responsibilities:
o Develop and manage sales in the assigned territory (Gujarat).
o Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 automotive customers, and industrial clients.
o Identify opportunities in abrasive, welding rod, spray paint, and cutting oil segments.
o Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth in the region.
o Provide regular market feedback and assist in strategic planning.
Preferred Skills:
o Proven experience in industrial sales. o Strong communication and negotiation skills.
o Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.
