Sales Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Prepare quotations for customers based on product specifications and pricing agreements.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team by maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Responsible to maintain records such as Purchase Orders, Inventory files and sales reports.
• Responsible for regular Follow-Up of PO, info exchange on cancellation / Amendment of PO with Vendors/partners.
• Responsible to generate various MIS reports (Daily basis, Weekly & Monthly) -Sales report, Stock report and sharing the same with management.
• Calling prospective customers and attending telephonic enquiries with the help sales team for lead closure.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in industrial automation, industrial products sales, or related field.
• Strong understanding of quotation preparation procedures and policies.
• Excellent sales administration skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
