Position: Operation Head

Location: Delhi

Nearest metro- Inderlok (Red line), Shakurpur (Pink Line)

Industry: Bread Manufacturing

Education: B.Tech in Food Technology or related field

Working days: Monday to Saturday (4th Saturday will be off)

Interview process: 1st round- Virtual, Further round will be f2f interview

- Oversee daily operations of bread production, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

- Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory control.

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the production team.

- Coordinate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and supply chain.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.

Requirements:

- B.Tech in Food Technology or related field.

- Proven experience in a senior operational role within the bakery or food manufacturing industry.

- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
