Operations Head - Finance - CII Southern Region (www.cii.in)

- Responsible for the overall operations of Finance Department in Southern Region

- Closely working with Accounts team to ensure smooth implementation of the overall strategies of the Department.

- To support the Finance Head in keeping control on the Cash flow of the Projects/Programs by developing cash flow forecasting and maintaining a long-term cash forecast

- Ensure appropriate legal review of contracts and solicit external legal advice are done wherever required.

- Ensure strict monitoring of the Manage outstanding and implement necessary control/review mechanisms.

- Support the Finance head for regular Financial Management Reporting to the Regional Director - Southern Region.

- Develop regular reporting and analysis, including key metrics reports, and conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required.

- Effective relationship with Clients, Vendors, Colleague's, Able to communicate effectively and lead others through change and new strategic initiatives.

- To deliver the highest standard of departmental, cross departmental and cross Organization teamwork and customer service

Qualification & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (Must have Completed CA)

- Minimum 10 years working knowledge in accounting and finance preferably with experience on marketing events, conferences, exhibitions etc.

- Sound knowledge of compliance regulations for organizations working within the not-for-profit sector & the policies pertaining to various states

- Exceptional Interpersonal skills, a collaborative style and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work effectively within time & cost constraints

- Knowledge of Budgeting, Presentation skill, various taxation policies

- Understanding about agreements & contracts

- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
