We are a climatetech startup. It is a cloud-based software to help industrial businesses to manage and monetize their sustainability journeys, using AI and blockchain. It helps industrial companies track and monetize their CO2 emissions, creating profitable pathways to sustainability.

The revenue model is based on SaaS subscription fees. Our primary focus is on industrial manufacturing led companies. Geographically, India, Middle East and Southeast Asia are in immediate focus, with EU and North Asia being mid-term focus areas. Pilot clients include large steel, automotive and utility companies. The company is headquartered in Bangalore.

Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in designing exceptional user experiences and interfaces, specifically within B2B and SaaS environments. This role requires proficiency in Figma, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Design & Development :

- Create intuitive, user-centered designs for our B2B SaaS products.

Figma Expertise :

- Utilize Figma to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

User Research :

- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver designs that meet business and user needs.

User Flows & Prototyping :

- Develop and maintain user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts.

Design Systems :

- Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system and UI pattern library.

Feedback Integration :

- Incorporate feedback from users and team members to iterate and improve designs.

Industry Trends :

- Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.

Requirements :

- Experience : 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically for B2B and SaaS products.

- Figma Proficiency : At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Figma.

- Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work, including examples of B2B and SaaS product designs.

- Education : A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Research : Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
