1XL - UI/UX Designer - Human Computer Interaction (1-2 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

2. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights.

3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts.

4. Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

5. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

6. Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and team discussions.

7. Maintain design consistency across all products and platforms.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
