Experienced Creative Production Head to lead creative production team. Responsible for overseeing the creative direction and execution of content across multiple platforms, including digital, social, print, and traditional media. A key aspect of this role is managing worldwide photo shoots, ensuring high-quality production standards regardless of location. Guide a team of creative professionals, drive innovation in storytelling, and collaborate across departments to deliver impactful, on-brand content that resonates globally.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic oversight of all creative output, ensuring alignment with the company's goals, brand identity, and vision.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of designers, video producers, photographers, content creators, and editors to deliver exceptional work.
- Drive creative innovation across campaigns, inspiring the team to stay ahead of trends and produce original, high-quality content.
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and motivation to ensure that creative work meets the highest standards and is delivered on time.
- Oversee and coordinate worldwide photo shoots, managing logistics, creative direction, and execution across multiple locations.
- Collaborate with international teams, external photographers, stylists, and vendors to ensure each shoot aligns with brand objectives and creative vision.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all photo shoots, no matter the geographic location, and troubleshoot challenges as they arise.
- Manage the pre-production process, including setting timelines, approving concepts, coordinating travel, and securing locations or studio bookings.
- Oversee post-production processes to ensure photos meet the creative vision and are optimized for various platforms and marketing channels.
- Oversee all stages of content production, ensuring smooth execution from concept development to final delivery.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and digital teams to ensure all creative aligns with business goals and engages the target audience.
- Adapt creative concepts across multiple channels (digital, social media, print, etc.), ensuring consistency and platform-specific optimization.
- Lead, manage, and grow a high-performing creative production team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and encourage team members' career development.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and creative team culture.
- Develop detailed production timelines, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high quality.
- Manage production budgets for both global photo shoots and other creative projects, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Work with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies, managing contracts and relationships to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure that all creative work maintains the highest quality standards throughout the production process.
- Keep the team informed about the latest industry tools, technologies, and trends, and integrate new creative techniques into production.
- Resolve any production challenges quickly, ensuring that deadlines and creative standards are met.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, digital) to align creative strategies with broader business objectives.
- Present creative ideas, progress updates, and final deliverables to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring their feedback is incorporated.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, production partners, and freelance talent to ensure smooth collaboration on global projects.
