Job Description
1. Inward and Outward Entries: a. Manage and record all incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and documents.
b. Maintain accurate logs for tracking purposes. 2. Document Detail Entry: a. Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
b. Ensure all information is correctly recorded and accessible. a. Monitor and record employee attendance.
b. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports for HR and management. 4. Packing Line Slip Management: a. Create and manage packing line slips.
b. Ensure all details are accurate and slips are distributed correctly. 5. Goods Receipt Note (GRN) Entries: a. Record and verify all goods received against purchase orders.
b. Ensure GRN entries are accurately logged into the system. 6. Invoice Scanning and Uploading: a. Scan and upload invoices into the accounting system.
b. Ensure all scanned documents are clear and legible. a. Call couriers for updates on deliveries and pickups.
b. Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues promptly. 8. R&D Material Entries: a. Record entries for materials used in research and development.
