1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via calls, emails, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp on the Semikart online platform. 2. Actively call new and existing customers to generate leads and drive sales for our distribution services. 3. Prepare and send accurate and timely quotations to customers. 4. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment. 5. Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to effectively interact with clients. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills. 7. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 8.
