Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Hybon Elevators in New Delhi, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to drive product promotions and increase market share.

Qualifications :

- Sales Strategy Development, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Development skills

- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Experience in the elevator or construction industry is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Having good connects with Architects
